List the catalog at GET /api/photos (free JSON: id, title, description, tags, price, downloadUrl). Buy an original JPEG at GET /api/photos/:id. Unpaid requests receive HTTP 402. HEAD /api/photos/:id is payment-gated the same way and does not return the file.
